Zoned Accumulation Conveyors

Electro-pneumatically controlled zones for non-pressure zoned accumulation

Gateway Conveyor's zoned accumulation conveyors offer all the advantages and load handling capabilities of standard CDLR (roll-roll chain driven live roller) conveyors yet allow heavy loads to accumulate without physically contacting each other.

• Each zone is controlled by a friction type clutch.

• Zone controls are built into conveyor.  There is no need to connect the conveyor to a central controls system.

• Zones use photo eyes for product detection.  Parts as low as 1 1/2" can be detected.  Conveyor performance is not effected by low weight parts failing to actuate sensor rollers.

• Conveyor can operate on incline or decline arrangements.

Standard Duty Conveyor

             Unit Loads up to 300 lbs.

             1.9" dia rollers.

Heavy Duty Conveyor

                  Unit loads up to 2000 lbs.

                  2.5" dia rollers.
